I spent all of yesterday trying to remove the glass window from rear passenger side door of my Ford Focus MK2.5. I followed the service manual which made the process easy but I'm stumped on the last step. I can't actually pull the window out of the door. The manual says to pull the window upwards

Unplugged the cable loom from the old unit. Checked the units were same size and the plugs were the same. Attached the new unit and tested the lights, dimmer and levellers. Pushed the new unit into place (takes a bit of a push). Relocated the ODB port into the trim and refitted to dash.

It is totally doable but is time consuming and Ford uses this heavy duty hot glue to glue all the factory wiring to the headliner. You need to be careful pulling all the wires from the headliner. And I did have the seats removed before I pulled it out
