Try uninstalling both Episode One VR and Episode Two VR, then reinstall Episode One VR and then Episode Two VR and make sure you select the same Steam library for both. Verify afterwards that your install folder now contains both episodicvr and ep2vr folders. Ok, I did what you told me, uninstall VR Mod and Vr mod episode 2.
