I'm having some issues with my Commander Pro where some of the fan headers will die out/become unresponsive intermittently. RPM reports 0 and the fans don't spin. Power cycling the Commander Pro, resetting it in software, and reinstalling iCue + completely wiping and reinstalling Windows hasn't r
iCUE version 3.26.95. Only 1 out of 6 fans are working. LED Strips are also not working and are sporadic on which ones work. I'm currently running firmware V 0.9.212 on my Commander Pro. My H100i Platinum is working just fine however the RGB control for the fans are plugged into the Commander Pro Commander pro was detected and no issues. But even connected to the commander pro USB header, the node core is still not being detected. I think I will be contacting Corsair to send me a new node core as you cannot just buy them individually, but I wanted to see if anyone has some advice for me.
If it starts to happen again, USB connection status determines whether CUE can see/communicate with the device. The Commander Pro as a whole device will be missing from CUE. However, the RGB Lighting Hubs that provide additional 5v power for fans on Pro controllers do not show up as devices. If the RGB channel is configured "Fan type x fan
LOL, Another Corsair fail, now commander pro and corsair vengeance memory are not detected, Murals greyed out with no opinion to enable and Icue does not show what version you on, been troubleshooting (new windows new installation of iCue and still the same, downgrade to 4 and all works "fine" corsair get your " ****" together man!!!
